Khadejah Davis is a Franchise Coach and multi-location franchisee owner who made a major shift in her life. She started her career as a registered nurse, working long hours and feeling ready for something more. When she discovered franchising, everything changed. She realized she didn’t have to build a business from scratch — she could step into a proven system and grow with real support behind her.

Khadejah went on to open and operate multiple franchise locations, learning firsthand what it takes to run, manage, and grow successful stores. Through that journey, she saw how powerful franchising can be for women who want clear direction, real structure, and a path they don’t have to create alone.

Now, her mission is simple: to help women understand how franchising works and show them a clear, supportive way to explore their next steps. She created The Franchise Inner Circle to give women a safe space to learn the basics, ask questions, and get guidance from someone who has lived the experience as a franchisee.
